On the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays, enjoy gentle sessions for those who find the bed/sofa to be the best place for yoga.
Office Yoga:
Take a few minutes for desk stretches every 2nd & 4th Friday

If you’re not interested in listening to me waffling on you can just skip that for a good strong daily practice, interspersed with some deeply releasing Yin sessions!
