Susan Kelly is passionate about health, wellness and movement. She began her career as a physical education teacher. Throughout her teaching years Susan trained extensively in movement practices that help to integrate the brain and body: TRE (Tension and Trauma Release Exercises), Rhythmic Movement Training, Bal A Viz Ex (Balance Auditory Visual Exercises), MovNat and Bothmer Movement. All these styles of movement have one thing in common; moving to relax the nervous system and bring about a healthy relationship to one’s own mind and body.
Susan teaches a weekly stress management class and a monthly TRE workshop.
