Linda Souter

Linda has been practising yoga for more than 20 years , mainly concentrating on the varied styles taught by BKS Iyengar, Bikram Choudhury and Pattabhi Jois.

 She is an affiliated teacher with the Yoga Alliance, having undergone her teacher training in Shanghai.

 Linda’s enthusiasm for undertaking the regular practice of yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation comes from a deep belief in the healing properties of yoga.

 “For me, yoga enhances the balance of flexibility and strength, improves posture, calms the mind and emotions and promotes an overall sense of well-being. These benefits are accessible to everyone, regardless of his/her age, body type or fitness level”
