In West Sussex East Grinstead is accessible off the M25 or M23, on the A22. From the A22 enter East Grinstead town centre from the north side, pass LA fitness on the left and proceed through the traffic lights. The Old Mill is located at the end of the first pedestrian lane on the left. Ample metered parking is available. The closest car park is opposite the Cinema in King Street and the cheapest is opposite Chequer Mead Theatre - the alley at the bottom of the carpark emerges opposite the Cinema, London Road is to the left.
By rail
British Rail mainline from London Victoria. Exit East Grinstead station, cross over roundabout into Station Road walking up towards the town. Right at the next roundabout into London Road. Over the traffic lights YOGA AKASHA is located at the end of the first pedestrian lane on the left, opposite the entrance to Boots.
