Snesha Malde

Snesha has been practicing yoga for more than 12 years and teaching yoga for the last six. Her teaching style is a non-dogmatic experiential approach using an eclectic mix, drawn from the many yoga traditions she has been exposed to. Snesha teaches yoga to enable people to find “peace of mind”. Join Snesha for a fun class that draws on elements of both passive and energetic forms of yoga and will give you a grounding in the practice, and the background and meaning of yoga whilst bringing balance to the mind and body. Beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners are very welcome. Snesha has undergone training with: David Swenson (Ashtanga Vinyasa), Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga and Meditation), Simon Low (BWY Teacher Training Module) and for the last two years with Pete Blackaby (Grounded Yoga). She continues her personal journey in Yoga by attending in-service training events and retreats and, most importantly, by bringing yoga into all aspects of her life! Snesha finds teaching yoga to adults and children an immensely rewarding way of being of service to others. She encourages each individual to find that unique beauty that is present in each and every one of us.
