I work as a mindfulness facilitator, coach & BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist and have had the privilege of working in the field of personal development for 12 years.

My way of working integrates Mindfulness based approaches (MBCT and MBSR) and the humanistic approaches of Gestalt Psychotherapy, Psychosynthesis and FIRO Theory.

I offer 1-Day and 8-Week Mindfulness Courses to organisations and the general public in Sussex and Surrey.

For the last 2 ½ years I have been running weekly mindfulness groups within a private mental health hospital in Central London and a drop-in group within a local GP surgery in Crawley Down, Sussex.  I also work in collaboration with other Mind/Body practitioners, offering creative and integrative approaches to health and well-being.

I am a registered Mindfulness trainer with The Mental Health Foundation and my courses are listed on the www.bemindful.co.uk website, dedicated to Mindfulness training for mental health and well-being.

I trained to run the 8-Week Mindfulness Course with Cindy Cooper in London and with

The Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at The University of Bangor. I have monthly one to one and peer supervision to support my mindfulness work.
