When I step out the door to take a class, a workshop or help on retreat, it is
my heart felt desire that the teaching comes from a sacred infinite place
of source energy, and within that flow of energy I hope to simply provide
a Sacred Life Space, where we can all unwind, de-stress, re-centre,
re-balance and find that quiet voice inside ourselves that softly says
'I feel better, I feel connected once again'.
Cathy has been teaching a freestyle Flow Yoga since 2001. Her yoga classes are a blend of Meditaiton, Asana and Breath Release work. The formation and inspiration behind the yoga classes is taken from Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. The flow in Cathy's classes is dynamic yet mindful, energising and re-balancing. Within the Guided Meditation classes suggestions for relaxation and inner inquiry are blended with Breath and Sound Release Work to support deep release of stress, tiredness and emotional overwhelm. This work is rooted in Cathy's Motivational Training Hypnosis and NLP Dip.(2005) and ongoing interest in using sound vibration for deep healing and relaxation.
